Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026. By using SivqAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Before publishing: set the operator entity and the governing law and venue below, and have a lawyer review this. It describes the software accurately but is not legal advice, and the liability and indemnity clauses in particular need professional review for your jurisdiction.

What SivqAI does

SivqAI helps people taking part in content clipping campaigns find highlights in livestreams they are authorized to clip, turn them into short vertical videos, and publish those videos to their own social accounts. It is a tool. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Your account

  • You must be old enough to hold a Twitch and a YouTube account where you live.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
  • One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.

Creator authorization is not optional

This is the core rule of the service. SivqAI will not process a channel’s content until that channel’s owner has approved it and proved they control the channel. You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to obtain an authorization by impersonating a creator, or by submitting an approval on a channel you do not control.
  • Upload footage through SivqAI that you do not hold lawfully and that the creator has not permitted you to supply.
  • Use SivqAI to process content after a creator has withdrawn permission.
  • Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the authorization checks.

Creators may withdraw permission at any time. When they do, new processing stops immediately. You agree to stop using any material you obtained through SivqAI if a creator asks you to, and to delete it on request.

Platform rules still apply

Your use of Twitch and YouTube through SivqAI remains governed by their terms. SivqAI uses only documented, official APIs, and we do not help anyone work around platform restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the Twitch Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube’s Community Guidelines. SivqAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or YouTube.

What SivqAI does not promise

These are stated plainly because they are the things people assume.

  • No earnings. SivqAI makes no representation that you will earn anything. Payout terms belong to the campaigns you join, not to us. Where SivqAI shows payout wording, it is copied from the campaign verbatim and is not interpreted, estimated or endorsed. Any earnings figures in the product are ones you entered yourself.
  • No campaign acceptance. The rule checker tells you whether SivqAI found a breach of the rules you recorded. It is not an approval. Whether a campaign accepts a clip is the campaign’s decision, and rules that depend on your posting behaviour or on human judgement are reported as unverifiable because SivqAI cannot check them.
  • No Shorts eligibility. A 1080×1920 upload is not automatically a YouTube Short. YouTube decides that.
  • No guarantee of reach, views or monetisation.
  • No originality guarantee. Applying your own caption styles, layouts and hooks does not guarantee a clip is treated as original, and does not prevent duplicate-content detection on any platform.
  • AI output is drafted, not verified. Transcripts, hooks, titles, descriptions and extracted campaign rules are machine-generated and can be wrong. You must review them before publishing. Publishing requires your explicit per-video approval precisely so that review happens.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SivqAI to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
  • Misrepresent what happens in a clip, or caption it misleadingly.
  • Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of your footage and the clips SivqAI produces for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that material solely to provide the service to you — to transcode it, transcribe it, generate captions and metadata, and upload it where you approve that. We do not use your footage to train generalised AI models, and we do not license it to third parties.

Creators keep all rights in their broadcasts. An authorization granted through SivqAI permits the specific processing described at the time of approval, nothing beyond it.

Availability

SivqAI depends on Twitch, Google, Anthropic and our hosting providers. Features can be unavailable because a third party is unavailable, has changed an API, has restricted access, or has exhausted a quota. SivqAI reports those conditions rather than hiding them, but it cannot prevent them. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Beta software

SivqAI is in early access. Features may change or be withdrawn, and pricing is not final. Where something is not yet built or not yet verified, the product says so in the interface.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SivqAI and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular the authorization rules above — or where required by a platform or by law. We will give notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SivqAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost earnings, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Replace with a liability cap and indemnity appropriate to your entity and jurisdiction, reviewed by a lawyer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting how creator content is processed are versioned, and creators are asked to review and approve again rather than having new terms applied to an existing permission.
